About the Lecture:

PTSD is a mental health condition that some people develop after a trauma, or life-threatening event. A traumatic event could be something that happened to your loved one(s), or something they saw happen to someone else. If you are concerned about a loved one who has experienced trauma, it is important to learn about PTSD. If left untreated this condition could lead to life threatening problems not just for yourself but also those around, you.

"It’s far more important to ask for help, rather than to self-regulate. Seek Help before it is too late"
